Can Nina And Sonny Help Work Out A Compromise On General Hospital?

The battle for Wiley and Amelia begins on General Hospital. Will cooler heads prevail?

Battle Of The Exes

Things have gotten as bad as they could in the Corinthos/Quartermaine world. First, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) broke Michael’s (Chad Duell) heart by sleeping with his uncle. Then, just as he begins to gear up for a divorce and custody fight, the poor guy gets set on fire.

The two families are arming themselves for an epic war with Michael out of the picture. Willow took Wiley (Viron Weaver) out of state to see Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) swearing-in. Diane(Carolyn Hennesy) used that to take the kids out of Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) house. Now, Willow is taking advice from Drew and using the fact that she is Michael’s proxy as a bargaining chip for the kids.

This craziness doesn’t look like it will end anytime soon. Michael’s family is livid at his wife and blames her for his condition. She will do anything to keep her kids. Can anyone stop the madness?

Calming The Storm

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Nina would never be considered calming influences. The mob boss has one of the shortest tempers in Port Charles, and Nina tends to act without thinking. Willow’s mom filed for separation, which started this whole custody mess.

Someone needs to think clearly because there are children involved. It certainly won’t be Carly (Laura Wright) who never thinks clearly.

Sonny has been somewhat calming lately because he is back on his meds. Nina has a soft spot for her ex-husband. Things may have ended terribly for the couple, but they both apologized for what they did wrong and still care for each other. Maybe this unlikely duo can agree and do what is best for their grandchildren. Stranger things have happened.
