This week’s General Hospital was a little mysterious, a bit surprising, with a touch of sweetness. Here are the best moments from the week of October 6-10.
Key Takeaways
- A surprise in Monica’s will.
- Ronnie’s eagle eye.
- Gio and Emma’s young love.
- Josslyn’s plan.
A Shocker For The Qs
None of The Quartermaines had this on their bingo card. Monica (the late Leslie Charleson) did not leave her house to Michael (Rory Gibson) as expected; instead, it went to her never-heard-of sister, Ronnie (Erika Slezak). Most of The Qs handled the shocking news well, except, of course, for Tracy (Jane Elliot). Her reaction was pure gold, as she ranted and raved and swore to contest the will and keep the mansion in the family. We can’t wait to see what’s to come.
Ronnie Saves The Day
Ronnie did not own the estate for five minutes before Anna (Finola Hughes) and Chase (Josh Swickard) barreled into the house with a search warrant. The PCPD was looking for Edward’s (the late John Ingle) gun that was used to shoot Drew (Cameron Mathison).
Monica’s sister is smarter than Tracy gives her credit for. She read the warrant carefully and found that it contained the wrong address. Anna and Chase were shocked to see that it permitted them to search the house across the street, not the Q mansion. They eventually returned with a corrected warrant, but Ronnie bought the family some time.
Emma And Gio
Ah, young love. Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) are the best couple on GH right now. Fans have been waiting for their friendship to turn into something more, and it finally happened.
After they kissed, they both felt insecure and unsure of the other’s feelings. It was adorable the way they were afraid to approach each other. When they finally spoke and admitted their feelings, it was everything we had hoped for. More Gio and Emma, please!
Josslyn’s Plan
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) came up with a great plan to get out of her “fake” relationship with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee), while also sticking it to Brennan (Chris McKenna).
In tears, she outed Vaughn as a WSB Agent to Carly (Laura Wright). Joss knew that her mom would be upset with her boyfriend for keeping this secret and putting her daughter in danger. Wait until she finds out the whole truth!
Honorable Mention
The final moment of the week, where it appears that Michael (Rory Gibson) has framed Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) for Drew’s shooting.
