Christmas is just weeks away and our favorite soap stars (like we are) have been preparing for the festive holiday! Like us, General Hospital heartthrob Chad Duell (Michael) and his girlfriend, Courtney Hope, also started their holiday festivities by sharing a beautiful creation, their wonderfully decorated tree!
