There is no question about it: Carly and Sonny are General Hospital’s reigning couple. The Mobster and The Woman Who Enables Him have been through multiple marriages, multiple children, multiple arrests, multiple cover-ups, and multiple that’s it, we’re over for good break-ups.
They are both the matriarch and patriarch AND the young, hot front-burner story. How many daytime pairing can claim to be both? But, here’s something else Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) are these days… they’re kind of dull. Do you agree? What over 15,000 fans had to say about the accusation:

Sonny and Carly are a team. Whatever he’s involved in, she needs to stick her nose into, as well. How many other soap couples can say they share so many interests?
And now that Jax (Ingo Rademacher) is back in Port Charles, Sonny and Carly are going to get even more interesting, as they rub their happiness in her ex-husband’s face. Plus, a brand-new baby! There can never be too many Corinthos offspring on the table!

Fast Forward Fever
Oh, God, yes, 40% of the audience is groaning. How many times must you be forced to watch the same thing over and over and over? Sonny commits a crime. The police investigate. Carly defends. Diane legally defends. Sonny walks. Carly forces all those who doubted to apologize.
Or, Carly sticks her nose in where it doesn’t belong. It blows up in her face. Sonny tells her she’s right, everyone else is wrong.
