General Hospital was interrupted in the United States today for news coverage of the tragic fire in Paris that’s burning down the Cathedral At Notre Dame.
According to ABC executive Nathan Varni, the soap will be shown in its entirety on Tuesday, although Canada did air the episode scheduled for today.
Varni also said that Canada will air an encore episode tomorrow, but did not specify which episode it would be.
The Cathedral at Notre Dame is a historic structure built nearly a century ago. It survived the French Revolution and two world wars, but today French officials do not believe they can save it.
As for GH, on tomorrow’s episode, you can expect more sadness in the Friz Fam over Aiden, Spencer blackmailing Valentin, and Willow telling Michael more than he ever heard before.
GH was just catching up after the last round of pre-emptions, so will be two days behind regular schedule now. You can still expect to see The Nurses’ Ball in May.
General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
