Burying Croton: Are You Glad This General Hospital Story Is Over?

For the last several months on General Hospital, all fans heard about was Croton. Whose body is buried in Croton? Who buried the body at Croton? And, who is really responsible?

The answers were: Margaux’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) dad, Sonny (Maurice Benard), and anyone but Sonny.

Sonny may have shot Margaux’s dad, he may have buried Margaux’s dad, but because Margaux’s mom was having an affair with Joe Scully, who ordered the original hit, that means it was all their fault, and Sonny was just a dimpled innocent.

So, are we done with Croton? Fans weigh in!

It’s not even close, as 96% of you never want to hear the word Croton again. You didn’t care about Margaux, her dad, or Joe Scully.

You had some feelings about Sonny, and about his dad, Mike (Max Gail), but the past, like Elsa sang multiple years ago, should remain in the past.

You want to watch Sonny and Carly (Laura Wright), Sonny and Michael (Chad Duell), even Sonny and Ava (Maura West).

You do not care about his first kill. Especially since, as the Alternate Universe made clear, if Sonny hadn’t done it, all sorts of horrible things would have happened, including Robin (Kimberly McCullough) dying of AIDS!

For who else but Sonny would have paid for her medication? Mac (John J. York)? Anna (Finola Hughes)? The Quartermaines? No one cares about Robin more than Sonny!
