When General Hospital (GH) remembers the hospital in its title, sometimes medical professionals appear. Like doctors. And nurses. Nurses like Francesca.
Michael (Chad Duell) may have been feeling fine, but he felt even better when he saw the adorable angel of mercy. (Pay no attention to the fact that Francesca looks suspiciously like grown-up Avery did in Ava’s dreams.)
Carly (Laura Wright) felt pretty good, too, when she realized her precious baby boy had an alternative to Nelle.
Nelle (Chloe Lanier), on the other hand… not so happy. Is she about to go Glenn Close (Fatal Attraction reference, not Sarah, Plain and Tall) on the pretty brunette? Here’s what over 7,000 suspicious minds had to say:
Nelle Doesn’t Like to be IGNORED
It’s a landslide, as 96% of you are convinced Nelle is crazy enough to do exactly that!
If she killed her fiance (OJ Simpson reference), then Nelle is capable of anything. And since we know that Nelle is now gaslighting Carly, we know that she is very, very committed (ha! pun!) to keeping Michael for herself.

If the baby isn’t enough to do it, and Ava’s (Maura West) coaching isn’t enough to do it, then Nelle might go rogue. How dare Michael look at another girl? How dare Michael flirt with another girl? Poor Francesca (Celesta DeAstis).
Well, not to worry, if there is no girl to look at or flirt with… problem solved. Right, Nelle?
A Bridge Too Far
Even Nelle wouldn’t go that far, a more cautious 3% of the audience insists. She’s love-sick, sure, but she’s hardly the first one in Port Charles to ever feel that way.
Remember how far Bobbie (Jaclyn Zeman) went to get Scotty (Kin Shriner) away from Laura (Genie Francis)? Or Liz (Rebecca Herbst) when Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) was dating her sister, Sarah? And yet none of them went homicidal. Nelle should be able to control herself, as well.
