What a difference a few months make on General Hospital (GH). Ava’s (Maura West) gone from town pariah to hideous scarface to the most sought-after woman in Port Charles.
It’s all gone down as the most hated character in Port Charles has suddenly become a do-gooder. And, in the process, she has a trio of men at her feet.
Is it possible Ava could end up with Griffin (Matt Cohen), Patient 6 (Steve Burton), and Scott (Kin Shriner) all fighting over her?
The Good Guy: Griffin
Griffin’s taken the biggest step in the quest for the rehabilitated mafia queen. He shared an impromptu night of passion with Ava after weeks of fighting his attraction to her. The next morning, he met with his church superior and announced he was leaving the priesthood.
If Griffin decides he’s ready to pursue a real relationship with Ava, she’ll have some decisions to make. After years of living on the edge, she could find a happily ever after with the milquetoast Griffin a major bore.

The Miscreant: Scott
Some might say that Scott and Ava are a perfect match; albeit a match made in hell. Over the years, he’s proven he’s as shifty, shady, and unscrupulous as they come. Meanwhile, Ava’s list of crimes is endless and contains two murders: Connie and Morgan (well, at least an accessory).
Yet, it’s clear Scott and Ava have a genuine friendship and affection for each other. Scott seems interested in taking things to the next step, but it will be up to Ava to decide if she wants to go that route.
The Mystery Man: Patient 6
Ava proved she’d changed when she saw a man in need, Patient 6, and made the selfless decision to help him escape from the Russian clinic. It cost her, when the facility’s plastic surgeon refused to finish restoring her burned face. Yet, she continued to help Patient 6 upon their return to Port Charles and has become a true friend to him.
The mystery man is just the kind of guy that has enticed Ava in the past. Meanwhile, Patient 6, who’s already indebted to Ava, could find himself romantically drawn to her; particularly since Sam (Kelly Monaco) has moved on with that other guy who calls himself Jason (Billy Miller).
