General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 8, focus on potentially volatile confrontations between Trina and Heather, Alexis and Scott, Anna and John, and Jason and Ava. This might be the most excitable episode of GH in a long time.
This summer, Trina (Tabyana Ali — who recently spoke out against online trolls) spent time attempting to heal from losing Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). She also moved into a new apartment with Joss (Eden McCoy), which happens to be located on the Quartermaine campus. When she wasn’t working for Ava (Maura West), she wondered whether she could continue to trust her boss.
The fourth thing Trina did this summer? Spend too much time thinking about Heather Webber (Alley Mills). Alas, it’s time for the two to meet. Heather has said she has no issue remaining behind bars for life. The immense guilt has clearly set in. She even said that she didn’t need Laura’s help. However, it’s time for Trina to confront the Pentonville prisoner. Will she end up sympathizing with the woman who targeted her? Or will she give her everything she’s got?
Meanwhile, things for Ava don’t look good. Her day is about to get scary—as in Jason (Steve Burton) gives Ava a scare. Stone Cold is in serious protective mode at the moment. His chosen family is hurting, and if he feels he can do something about it, he will. That’s why Ava, who doesn’t scare easily, might want to be afraid. Very afraid. Ava’s recent hotel buddy, Agent Cates (Adam J. Harrington), isn’t in a good place either. He suddenly finds himself on the business end of an Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) warning. What does she tell him? To forget that he ever knew Ava? To get out of town before Sonny (Maurice Benard) comes after him in a seriously deadly way? Or does this have something to do with the fact that police found his luggage in Ava’s suite, AKA the scene of the crime?
In the hurtful conversation category, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) shoots down Scott (Kin Shriner). While it doesn’t sound hurtful for Alexis, it sure does for Scotty. He’s probably doing everything to get his client (Ava) out of these serious charges — one of which is manslaughter. What does he offer or say to Alexis that she immediately rejects?
Finally, Felicia (Kristina Wagner) offers her support. Who is the beneficiary of her positive vibes, words, and actions? Let’s hope her words of wisdom will work their magic.
