Finola Hughes is back on General Hospital as Anna. She’s missed a lot in Port Charles, including the return of yet another presumed-dead child. This time it’s Cassius, who is pretending to be his also dead (but as an adult) twin brother, Nathan. Cassius’ return, as well as the presence of other heretofore hidden children like Ethan, Willow, Gio, etc., is making us wonder if Anna might be next for a blast-from-the-past baby.

Lost in Time
Anna already got one long-lost kid — Peter (Wes Ramsey). But that turned out to be, first, a retcon, and, second, a lie. Peter was really Alex’s kid, not Anna’s. On the other hand, viewers did see Anna be pregnant, give birth, and lose her second daughter. But it didn’t happen on GH. It happened on All My Children.
