Emme Rylan General Hospital
We thought the death and destruction were over on General Hospital when poor Dustin and Dev died on Monday. But then Lulu collapsed in Dante’s arms yesterday and we were left wondering what might happen.
Actress Emme Rylan has been mum about her apparent exit from the soap, only hinting that her Lulu days are over. She then left Los Angeles with her partner and three children to see where life would bring them as they start a new chapter in their lives.
Rylan is still keeping mum about Lulu’s fate, but she did have a few things to say after it looked like Lulu is in more trouble than we thought.
It was a heartwrenching scene as Lulu tried to tell Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) she still loves him just after losing Dustin in that Floating Rib explosion. She could barely get the words out before she collapsed, but Rylan kept things all in fun.
“We can’t discuss story but you know what WE NEED TO DISCUSS??? How my hair absorbed all of the soot from the explosion and turned into such a rad color that now all I can think about is dyeing my hair ‘explosion color!'” Rylan posted to Instagram. And the debris did indeed give her hair a different hue.
In addition, Mark Lawson who played Dustin had some special words for Rylan, posted alongside an adorable pic of the two of them in masks among The Floating Rib debris.
“Never a bad day of work with this lady. Emme, you are a force of nature. One of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. You make it all look easy, even when it ain’t,” Lawson wrote. Yes, Soap Hub will miss Dustin and Lulu, but we hope to see both actors again somewhere soon. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
