A Christmas Milestone For Soap Stars Courtney Hope And Chad Duell

It’s well known that General Hospital Daytime Emmy winner Chad Duell and The Young and the Restless star Courtney Hope (formerly of The Bold and the Beautiful) are an item, but even we were shocked to learn how time flies and how long they have been together.

Another Holiday For Courtney Hope and Chad Duell

Hope was there to remind us this week as she paid tribute to her boyfriend and love of her life on Instagram.

“Can’t believe this was 4 years ago…so blessed to spend another Christmas with the love of my life… Happy holidays everyone! Stay safe, healthy, and happy!!”

Duell, who plays General Hospital’s Michael Quartermaine Corinthos responded with, “I love you. I am very blessed.”

And now they are spending yet another Christmas together after a year of much togetherness when many couples spent their lives in their homes for months, although unlike others, Duell and Hope got to return to work on their respective soap sets.

For Hope, that soap set is a little different. After trying to trick Wyatt (Darin Brooks) into believing she was dying and being caught in her deceit, Sally decided to try her fashion design career elsewhere and moved from sunny L.A. to the cold of the midwest in Genoa City, Wisconsin, and on The Young and the Restless. She has already caught the ire of Summer (Hunter King) who thinks the young woman will go after Kyle (Michael Mealor). And perhaps she will. Time will tell…

As for Duell, he’s back to playing Michael and is remaining in PC. Michael has now fallen for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and wants to start a happy family with his wife (formerly of convenience) and son, Wiley. But will his lingering feelings for Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and hers for Chase (Josh Swickard) get in the way? Stay tuned to find out… General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC.
