Peter Kraus almost found love on The Bachelorette with Rachel Lindsay, but will he ever try again on The Bachelor?
The Wisconsin native opened up about what the chances are of him going back on the show and if he’s ever run into his ex, Rachel, on The Morning Toast Monday, October 23.
When he was asked if he’d want to be The Bachelor in a few years, Peter didn’t necessarily sound super excited.
“I hope not, I want to be in a relationship by then,” he shared.
However, if he does happen to be single, he’s not opposed to it, saying, “I don’t see why not. I wouldn’t say a straight yes or no right now.”
And good news for all the single ladies out there — Peter is still single!
“I’m not, no,” he said when asked if he’s currently in a relationship. “I tried to for a little bit, but it’s a relatively difficult field to play.”
And, though Rachel has happily moved on with her fiancé, Bryan Abasolo, Peter has yet to run into the Dallas native.
“I have not spoken to her, I have not seen her. We’ve got to run into each other at some point. I’m in Los Angeles a lot, New York a lot, I assume she is too,” he said.
Not to mention, he hasn’t even kept up with the recent seasons of The Bachelor or The Bachelorette.
“I’ll see things that are posted on social media, but that’s about it. I’ve seen episodes here and there, but it’s not something I’m focused on now.”
Though he’s happy to have the fan support, Peter still isn’t used to the fame. In fact, he’s even been forced to deal with a stalker!
“I think I have a legitimate stalker in another city. She writes from a fake account every time I block and delete it,” he said.
“She writes some very scary stuff. I won’t go into detail because it’s actually pretty [scary]. She thinks that we’re lovers.”
He continued, “It was just a one-time show and I didn’t have any talents or specific things going into the show that pertained to me as a person, and so having someone know that much about me or having that level of celebrity has been very odd.”
