Tired of running around and trying to please a social media influencer ensconced at the Rivera Grand, Helen (Wendy Raquel Robinson) decided to take a moment to breathe – and swiped a cookie from her son’s lunch bag. Too bad that cookie was laced with cannabis and meant for her chemotherapy-taking husband!
Shedding her inhibitions, Mrs. P belted out “I’m Every Woman” on the hotel’s lobby bar and had to be sheltered in Santiago’s penthouse. There, Gigi (Roselyn Sanchez) took advantage to get Helen to divulge Santiago’s indebtedness to Mateo’s crooked benefactors – information that did not seem to sit well with the second Mrs. Mendoza.

Unintended Consequences
Although none of The Finn’s guests were maimed or killed during the balcony’s collapse, there was one casualty of the structure’s sabotage – Ingrid’s baby! Despite getting a clean bill of health at the hospital, Ingrid (Anne Winters) later suffered severe stomach cramps and had to be rushed back to the emergency room by Mateo (Shalim Ortiz).
Reunited And It Feels So Good
A newly single Danny (Lincoln Young) was itching to reunite with Alicia but there was the little nagging doubt that her brother, who can be violent when needing pills, might have been responsible for Sky’s disappearance. However, Danny’s sleuthing pal Jason (Chris Warren) managed to put Javi in the clear.
He was in a drunken stupor the night of the hurricane and Ingrid can vouch for his whereabouts. Fresh off that revelation, Danny hightailed it to Alicia’s room. Yes, he told her, his life is complicated but he desperately wants her in it. Without a moment to lose, Alicia pulled him in for a kiss and the two spent the rest of the night making love.
