Grey Sloan Memorial on Grey’s Anatomy is definitely the most unrealistic fake hospital in America because there’s no way one place has so many beautiful doctors, right?! While it’s true they have yet to hire an ugly doctor, there are a few who have completely taken both their patients and the viewers’ breath away.

Though there are many hot male doctors who have walked the halls of the hospital, here’s our definitive ranking of the top five hottest doctors of all time on Grey’s Anatomy.

Alex Karev (Justin Chambers)
Alex has never been the most desirable doctor at Grey Sloan Memorial, but he somehow always manages to get the girl. That’s not to say he’s not super attractive, because he is (just go back and watch Season 1 to confirm), but he’s also complicated and that seems to reel in the women wanting to help him.

Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams)
Jackson joined the cast back in Season 6 and definitely gave some of the other doctors a run for their money in the hotness department. With his beautiful skin and gorgeous eyes, Jackson’s always known how to charm the ladies in and out of surgical scrubs.

Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti)
With McDreamy and McSteamy both off the show by the end of Season 11, the show really needed a new hot doctor to come in and shake things up. Thank goodness Dr. Andrew DeLuca showed up when he did! Not only is he young and beautiful, he actually kind of looks like the love child between McDreamy and McSteamy!

Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey)
Ah McDreamy, we will never forget you! Derek won every viewer’s heart when he introduced himself to Meredith back in episode 1 of Season 1. Not only did he have perfect hair, perfect eyes, and a perfect face, he also had the perfect personality to back it up.

Mark Sloan (Eric Dane)
There’s never been another on Grey’s Anatomy quite like McSteamy. While Derek was the handsome and charming doctor, Mark was always the hot and confident doctor. He knew he was hot and he wasn’t afraid to use his looks to get women.
