The future of the Real Housewives of New Jersey has been uncertain since the end of season 14. The ladies ended on a very sour note and the show was put on pause. Conflicting reports have emerged on who may have been retained by the network.
And Then Came Three
OK! Magazine reported that Bravo is keeping dueling sisters-in-law, Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, along with Dolores Catania. There was also news on other cast members. “The other women—Margaret Josephs, Danielle Cabra,l and Rachel Fuda—were not given retention notices, and, at this time, Bravo is not pursuing them for a spot on RHONJ or any other side projects,” claimed the source.
They also gave news on where the women would land at the network. “As far as where the women will wind up at this point, it’s looking likely RHONJ will be led by Melissa and Dolores, and Teresa will be given a spin-off,” they stated. “While fans still want to likely see both Melissa and Teresa on RHONJ, there just isn’t a world where that has any chance of happening due to where things stood last season and continue to stand today.”
Bravo Bravo Bravo
Other sources conflict with the OK! information. Us Weekly reported that no official decision has been made.
“All of them have been in contact with production, but not with any news,” their source claimed. “There’s still an open line of communication but no news on who is coming back or who is not coming back.”
Just Jared reported similar information. A rep from a Bravo spokesperson told the outlet, “No decisions have been made around casting for RHONJ.”
The fate of RHONJ still remains a mystery. Which cast members would you like to see returned, if any? Let us know in the comments.
