Taraji P. Henson May Have Just Revealed Her Wedding Date

While we’ve known for a while that Empire star Taraji P. Henson is engaged and planning her wedding, we may have just gotten a huge hint as to the date of the Event of the Season from the woman herself.

Henson has been living her best life this summer, and the gorgeous actress shared a photo of herself cuddling up to her fiancé, Kelvin Hayden, on Instagram on Sunday but it’s what she wrote beside the adorable pix that grabs one’s attention.

“Us on any given Sunday (in the summer in Chicago 😩😂) @kelvinhayden my baby for life #4/4/20,” Henson captioned the series of photos that she shared of the couple looking extra snuggly.

The addition of the date April 4, 2020 is most likely the day the couple is planning on tying the knot, as they got engaged back in May 2018. Henson announced her engagement to the 36-year-old former NFL star on Instagram and shared a stunning photo of her ring.

““I said yes y’all!!! He started with the Cartier love bracelet BUT that was my #Mothersday gift and then he dropped to his knee and I almost passed out!!! #sheisofficiallyoffthemarket and she is sooooooooooooo HAPPY!!!!!!” she wrote.

It’s no surprise Henson is taking her time before she ties the knot, as she is about to have a very busy year. She is currently filming the sixth and final season of Empire in Chicago, which is set to air this fall.

She also has an upcoming movie called Coffee & Kareem, which co-stars Betty Gilpin (fresh off Glow’s Season 3 release this past Friday), David Alan Grier, and Ed Helms. It’s about a Detroit cop who attempts to clear his name with the help of his girlfriend’s young son.
