The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge – Prince William and Kate Middleton – are expecting their third child!
While The Duchess of Cambridge’s due date isn’t known, this bouncing bundle of joy will join his or her siblings, Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2, sometime in the rather near future.
This latest royal baby news pushes the children’s’ uncle, Prince Harry, out of the top five in the line of succession to the British throne.
According to a BBC report, The Queen, as well as both families, is “delighted with the news.” Of course, so is much of Britain and the world!
Unfortunately, the Duchess suffers hyperemesis gravidarum, which is extreme morning sickness as she did with her first two pregnancies. She is being cared for at Kensington Palace.
Some people have already started placing bets on the child’s name and gender. Do you have any guesses?
In addition to news of a new sibling, Prince George also starts school this week, which is also huge news.The UK Prime Minister, Theresa May, also tweeted her congratulations.
