The Fallout From RHONJ Jennifer Aydin’s Jersey Mikes Rant

The fate of the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast is already on thin ice, and Jennifer Aydin may have made it worse for herself. This housewife decided to take on a worker from Jersey Mike’s, and there is plenty of fallout.

What Was She Thinking?

Jen posted a video to her Instagram story from an airport early in the morning. The housewife was unhappy with the service at the Jersey Mike’s and wanted everyone to hear about it. Unfortunately for her, she is the one who is getting plenty of criticism.

Jennifer complained that she was in line for “what felt like forever,” and the order for the woman behind her was fulfilled first. She went on to say, “And the 80-year-old that was working there, the amount of times that she took to cut that bread was almost as much as we were waiting in that line, jeez. Oh my God.” She also said the woman “couldn’t hear.”

She continued her rant by explaining that when she added an extra tuna sandwich for her son, she was told she needed to get back in line again. When the man in line said it was “ridiculous,” she called him a “hater.”

Shame Shame

The fallout from Jen’s rant was fast and fierce. She is being accused of both age-shaming and job-shaming. People are describing her as “disgusting,” “entitled,” and “spoiled.”

One of the Jersey Mike’s employees working that morning took to TikTok. “I really hope this stupid bitch has TikTok,” the employee exclaimed. “I really hope I come up on your For You Page bitch, I really hope you recognize me.”

The daughter of the employee Jen spoke about is calling for the housewife to be “canceled” and said, “Ma’am, that 80-year-old real life, real housewife who provides for her family, who goes out and gets up three in the morning, five o’clock in the morning to be at work to provide service for snotty people like you.”

Bravo?

There is also fallout from fellow Bravolebrities. Most of them are not defending Jen. The King of Bravo, Andy Cohen, called the drama around the RHONJ a “self-inflicted wound” on his SiriusXM show, Radio Andy. He continued by saying, “How are you going to cause so much trouble for yourself … You’re at the airport, you’re getting a sandwich … it’s just how is this gonna land?”

Fellow Jersey housewife Danielle, who had a past falling out with Jen, said, “I’m glad she filmed it, and I’m glad she posted it … because now you all get to see who this person really is.” She continued with, “The beauty of this is you sit back and you watch the trash take itself out.”

Jen will no longer be cruising. She was initially booked for the upcoming Wives on the Waves getaway to Bermuda with Teresa and Dolores. Jen’s name has suddenly been removed from the website. Maybe they were afraid she would berate their employees.
