Amanda Kloots called out Alan Bersten's mean-spirited attitude.
The Talk co-host Amanda Kloots didn’t have a positive experience on Dancing with the Stars. In a new interview, The Bold and the Beautiful alum called out her former professional dance partner, Alan Bersten. She revealed that he was “mean” to her and would “yell” at her during rehearsals.
The actress and television personality appeared on Harry Jowsey’s podcast. Kloots is normally known for her positive demeanor on the CBS talk show. However, she didn’t hold back about her feelings for Bersten. The two were partnered during Season 30 of DWTS.

Kloots couldn’t believe how “mean” he was to her. Bersten came off as a strict schoolteacher. Kloots turned the tables on the professional dance partner. She revealed that she taught him to “become a nicer person in teaching.”
There were moments when she “got yelled at.” However, she kept her feelings to herself. She didn’t want to ruin the rehearsals by telling the producers how she felt. Kloots felt that she positively inspired Bersten.
“I think Alan has grown up a lot in the last couple of years,” Kloots said. “I’m saying this, and I know that he’ll agree with me: I helped him become a nicer person in teaching.”

According to E! News, this isn’t the first time Kloots has spoken out about her experience with the ABC dancing competition. She previously told Katie Couric that it was very stressful at times.
Kloots felt the pressure of “learning a brand new dance each week.” She called the experience “exhausting both mentally and physically.”
However, her experience wasn’t all bad. Kloots and Bersten ended up in fourth place that season. There were also sweet memories, such as her son watching her perform on the ballroom floor.
In Season 33, Bersten partnered up with Olympian Ilona Maher. Fans have enjoyed their partnership and friendship flourishing on the show.
