RHOBH’s Erika Jayne Finally Free To Return Home For The Holidays

Erika Jayne revealed that she’s returning to her roots this holiday season. After dealing with many difficulties, she finally feels free to explore that part of herself. The Young and the Restless guest star is headed back to Atlanta, where her heart belongs. 

Reuniting With Her Family

Erika has had a few rough years. She’s still going through a public divorce from her ex-husband, Tom Girardi, which involves an ongoing embezzlement case. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had a successful music comeback after it was taken away from her. In an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, she opened up about her holiday plans. 

Erika had to stay in California with all that was going on. Now, she finally feels free to travel back to Georgia. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star declared that “nothing” could stop her from making this decision. She wants to reunite with her mom, Renee Chahoy. Erika is excited to revisit her roots. 

“I think I may go see my mom for the holidays,” she revealed on The Daily Dish. “Either she will come here — which I hope not because you drive me insane — but I will probably go to my mom’s.”

Bravo fans saw Erika’s mom on RHOBH Season 13. Fans witnessed their complicated relationship. The mother-and-daughter duo acted like sisters who bickered. Erika is now able to travel outside of The Golden State. She wants to spend the holidays down South.

Home for the Holidays

Erika has struggled with many setbacks in recent years. In 2023, she mourned the passing of her beloved dog, Tiago, which allowed her to travel more. 

“It’s been a long time since I’ve been home to Atlanta for the holidays, so I think that this might be a good year,” Erika explained. “I don’t have a dog, and I don’t have anything holding me [back], so it’d be nice to go.”

Erika isn’t at the center of drama in RHOBH Season 14. She takes a backseat as some of her co-stars feud, including Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley. Both women are going through public separations. (See Dorit Kemsley’s Viral Smoking Scene.)
