When Hope Calls is the highly anticipated series coming to Great American Family. Hopefuls are unsure what to expect from the second season, but new details have finally been revealed.
Teaser Dropped
Great American Family shared the official teaser for the second season on its Instagram page, giving Hopefuls a glimpse into the new season. The post revealed the premiere date and shared a short clip. Mountie Michael (Christopher Russell) sits inside a cafe. He stops Nora (Cindy Busby) abruptly when she walks by his table. She recognizes him but realizes that he is warning her about the puddle of water that’s on the floor. “Hate to see you have an accident,” Michael says, and they exchange a sweet smile.
Hopefuls won’t recognize these characters. That’s because they’re just two of the new cast members who are joining the Season 2 cast. The show originally aired on Hallmark Movies Now in 2019. At the time, it centered around sisters Lillian (Morgan Kohan) and Grace (Jocelyn Hudon), who ran an orphanage in Brookfield. Hudon will not return for Season 2. Grace’s love interest, Chuck (Greg Hovanessian), will also not be back. Other cast members this season include Wyatt (Nick Bateman), Wendy (Tess Stewart), and Maggie (Hanneke Talbot).
