The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais is reportedly dealing with another disaster. Her beach home is in the path of the Los Angeles wildfires, and now it’s situated close to a hazardous spill.

$2.25M Home In Danger

Garcelle invited RHOBH fans into her beach house on Season 14. It’s only been a year, and she’s already gone through some challenging events. Garcelle and her family evacuated amid the Los Angeles wildfires. According to a new report via The U.S. Sun, Garcelle’s beach house is dealing with a toxic spill that could be headed for her home. She renovated the $2.25 million home, which is located in Oxnard, CA.

On Friday, February 7, over 80,000 gallons of sewage spilled onto the nearby beach. The hazardous spill came from a wastewater plant. The spill closed down beaches in Oxford and Port Hueneme. In addition, Ventura County’s Environmental Health Division issued warnings in the area.

“Temporary closure of the shoreline between Port Hueneme Beach Park and the Ormond Beach area has been posted due to the release of partially treated wastewater through the treatment plant’s offshore pipeline,” the signs in the area read. “Residents and visitors are asked to avoid the area until further notice.”

Beaches remain closed. Residents are concerned about the tap water. Tests have been conducted, and the water is clear, reports the Ventura County Star. Garcelle’s beach home is located a block away from the beach and is in the spill area.

RHOBH Visit Garcelle’s Beach Home

Earlier this year, cast members Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Erika Jayne, Bozoma Saint John, and Jennifer Tilley visited Garcelle’s home for the first time. She threw a celebration after years of renovations. The three-level property features a roof deck that offers ample space for outdoor parties.

Garcelle purchased the one-bedroom home for $765,000 in 2021. She added $1.5 million of renovations to the space. Garcelle called the project her “baby.” Her goal for renovating this home was to have a place where her family could gather together.
