Hallmark began rolling out its new streaming service, Hallmark+. Those who can’t get enough of cozy romances and holiday films will enjoy the rewards and benefits that make this streaming platform different from its competitors.
Hallmark+ isn’t just another streaming service. It offers plenty of family-friendly content via the Frndly app. The new streaming platform also allows subscribers to receive gifts and rewards so that subscribers will get more bang for their buck.
You can watch live channels like Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Family, and Hallmark Mystery. These benefits allow the platform to stand out from the rest. The streaming wars have gotten crowded recently, and most people don’t want to subscribe to so many platforms simultaneously.
However, these benefits show that Hallmark values its viewers. The streaming platform even allows subscribers to send eCards and save on holiday photos. The monthly subscription costs $7.99, while the annual subscription is $79.99. New subscribers get a welcome message with a collectible ornament.
That’s not all. Hallmark+ will also roll out original holiday content called “The Very Merry Holiday Collection.” The new film, Unwrapping Christmas, will follow four friends who work as professional gift wrappers. Hallmark+ will also revisit the Cherry Lane trilogy and release new holiday-themed reality shows.

Hallmark content was previously available on Peacock before the rollout of Hallmark+. Unfortunately, viewers have been disappointed with the selection. New movies eventually drop but are only available for 72 hours.
At the time of this post, Hallmark is still available on Peacock. Peacock Premium and Premium Plus subscribers get access to the Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Family, and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. The streaming app also features Hallmark series and movies.
Fans will also still get to watch some of the Hallmark holiday films, including new releases and classics. The only disadvantage is that it can be a wait to access some of the new Hallmark content. Plus, you won’t get any of the perks of being a Hallmark+ subscriber.
What do you think about Hallmark+? Are the perks enough to make you want to subscribe? Let us know in the comment section.
