It has been a whirlwind few months for Miranda Lambert and her new husband, Brendan McLoughlin. In fact, just days before meeting the country singer, Brendan welcomed his first child — with another woman.
According to Radar Online, Miranda was first introduced to the New York Police Department officer back in November.
In fact, they crossed paths when the 35-year-old’s band Pistol Annies performed on the set of Good Morning America on November 2, 2018.
Brendan was assigned to work the Midtown South Precinct at the time, which serves the Times Square area.
Then, just three days after they met, the officer welcomed his son named Landon with his ex, Kaihla Rettinger.
Miranda kept her relationship with Brendan quiet for the three months that they were together before tying the knot.
However, she decided to share the news of their marriage on Saturday, February 16.
“In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to share some news. I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full. Thank you Brendan Mcloughlin for loving me for…. me. #theone,” she captioned a photo of them at the time.
They were then spotted together out in New York City later that weekend, both wearing their wedding rings.
This also comes just a few days after Miranda was caught dumping a salad on a woman’s head following an altercation at a Nashville steakhouse.
This is Miranda’s second marriage, as she was previously married to singer Blake Shelton for four years.
