Wonder Woman fans recall the entertaining 1970s TV series starring Lynda Carter as both the title role and her secret identity Diana Prince. Now the fan favorite actress is bringing some fantastic news about the beloved series that ran for three seasons.
Lynda Carter Has Exciting News
“I’m excited to share that Wonder Woman: The Complete Series is now streaming on @HBOMax, alongside @PattyJenks’ (director) and @GalGadot’s (star) Wonder Woman, and soon #WW1984!”
Carter invited fans to share on social media their favorite on-screen Wonder Women moments in response and Entertainment Hub has selected some of the most popular ones to share with you!
“My favorite WW moment is an offscreen one, when it led me to buy my first superhero comic, an issue of #WonderWoman, which eventually led to a love of comic books and later a 30+ year career drawing them, including this cover from a few years ago, teaming WW with #TheBionicWoman,” wrote artist @AndrewPepoy.
“My favorite moment is the return of wonder woman the phrase you say was and still to this day I keep to my heart – ‘if you ever need me I’ll appear whenever or where ever’ – thank you for being my hero and guardian angel all these years,” wrote @becksman18.
“I have many favorite episodes,” posted @GeekCollage. “I loved the 1st season the most. But a favorite moment was Diana walking through town during the pilot, just living her life, & just lifts the backend of the car up so the crooks couldn’t escape. Rolling on the floor laughing I loved every moment she surprised misogynists.”
“Always love watching ‘The Girl From Islandia’ episode,” posted WonderBoyLB. “Seeing you teach & train a young person to find their inner strength helped me to find mine too! <3.”
“I remember my dad getting in trouble with my mom for watching wonder woman with us the kids,” recalls @DesignBuildRe. “She would tell him wipe off the drooling of your face. I can’t wait to watch the complete series.

I always liked the episodes that you gave us a chance to see your cape. It added to your costume and you displayed so very well. 🇺🇸🙂 pic.twitter.com/jLwhhV2Tm2
