Law & Order: SVU Olivia Benson and Carisi
Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) to the rescue! In this intense Law & Order: SVU flashback video, Benson saves the day when Carisi (Peter Scanavino) finds himself in serious danger.
Sergeant Tom Cole (Chris Bauer) kidnapped Quinn (Annie Monroe) and took her to a remote cabin in the woods, so Carisi and Benson went to try to save her. Unfortunately, Cole caught Carisi and put a gun straight to his head. “Don’t do this. I’m a cop, just like you. It doesn’t have to end like this,” Carisi says.
Luckily for everyone involved, Benson found the group and was able to neutralize Cole before he could kill Carisi. Though it all worked out in the end, Quinn still blamed herself.
“Quinn, this is not your fault. Do you hear me? Guys like Cole, they’re predators. And they look for light and they look for goodness and they try to steal it,” Benson soothes. Watch the clip above to see the entire highly-charged scene.
