Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) really put her medical career on the line at the end of Season 15 of Grey’s Anatomy, but now her career is seriously in trouble because of the insurance fraud she committed.

In this highlight video from the Season 16 premiere episode, Meredith seems to be handling her court-ordered community service pretty well, that is until she learns she may lose her medical license.
“I’m healthy, my kids are healthy. And I’m not in jail. I’m getting exercise. It’s quite meditative, actually. You sort of just pick up the trash, one piece at a time, and I’m helping the city, I’m helping the planet. I still feel a sense of accomplishment,” she tells Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti).
