Grey’s Anatomy Flashback Video: Nathan Talks About Megan

Viewers learned very quickly after Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson) joined Grey’s Anatomy that he had a complicated relationship with Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) and used to be engaged to his sister, Megan Hunt.

For the longest time, Megan was believed to have died in a helicopter crash — that is until one day she is miraculously found alive. However, in this flashback video from Season 14, Nathan explains to Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) what happened to Megan, as he still believes she has died.

“I mean, it was her patient. I would’ve done the same thing if it was mine. I couldn’t tell her no. And the helicopter never got there. No one knows what happened, just disappeared, no trace,” he says. Watch the clip above to see it all goes down!
