Grab your tissues! Derek Shepherd’s (Patrick Dempsey) untimely — and completely avoidable, if we’re being honest — death was one of the more emotional moments in Grey’s Anatomy history.
Not only did we have to watch Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) lose the love of her life and the father of the children, we had to also re-watch all the adorable and pivotal moments in their relationship.
