April Kepner (Sarah Drew) and Matthew Taylor (Justin Bruening) didn’t exactly work out the first time on Grey’s Anatomy — who could forget her running away with Jackson (Jesse Williams) — but they were always meant to give their love a second chance.

In this flashback video, Matthew asks April to marry him, again, while at Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo’s (Camila Luddington) wedding — as Jackson watches from it all unfold nearby.
