When Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) moved to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital on Grey’s Anatomy, Mark Sloan (Eric Dane) immediately took him under his wing, wanting to see the younger doctor succeed.
Not only did Mark teach him everything about Plastics, but he also taught him about life. But, in this flashback video from Season 11, Jackson is still dealing with the loss of Mark from a couple of seasons back.
“This is totally something Sloan would’ve done. You know he really did treat me like a son. He passed everything on, got such a charge out of it. Plastics Posse.
