In this amazing flashback video, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), Cristina (Sandra Oh), George (T.R. Knight), and Izzie (Katherine Heigl) meet Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) for the first time, the woman known as “The Nazi.”
