Former Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. Moves Into New Home With Fiancée Lauren Burnham

Former Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. and his fiancée Lauren Burnham got engaged less than a year ago, but they are already thinking about raising children in their new home.

The happy couple just moved into their new pad in Phoenix, Arizona, which is where Arie is from, and they told Us Weekly all about their cute abode.

Though they both have different styles, they were able to find a way to combine both of their tastes.

“As soon as we walked in, we knew this was our home,” Arie shared.

“We are very lucky, because we mostly agreed on everything. We’ve had a lot of fun shopping for furniture.”

The good thing is their home has a lot of space for entertaining — and for future children.

“Our house is great for entertaining because there are so many areas that people can hang out in,” Lauren explained.

“We have a sitting room with another sectional in it and then there’s the living room, the kitchen, the dining room and then there’s an outdoor patio area and so it’s just very … open and allows people to kind of hang out together.”

Through the moving process Lauren has also come to find out that Arie may be a bit of a hoarder.

“We learned that Arie is very attached to his things and I am not at all. Arie hasn’t moved in 10 years and I’ve moved around my whole life,” Lauren explained.

Arie shared, “She’s so right. I guess I’m sentimental. I learned Lauren has such a great eye for design, coming from my background in real estate I see so many different homes but I was happy that through this whole process I could lean on her, she’s amazing!”

The pair recently revealed they are tying the knot in Maui, Hawaii in January in front of close family and friends.
