Demi Burnett may have been considered the villain on Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor, but she’s definitely a fan-favorite hence why she’ll be on Bachelor in Paradise. Whether it’s her epic clapbacks on social media or her appearances during Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette, Burnett is one of the best contestants ever.

In The Beginning
Burnett is a Texas girl at heart! She was born and raised out in the country and loves fishing and ATVing. She also attended Texas State University and was even a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She only recently decided to move to Los Angeles after being on The Bachelor.
Open and Honest
Despite not having the easiest childhood, Burnett has always been open about her past. In fact, she revealed while on The Bachelor that her mother was serving an 18-month sentence in prison for bank fraud. She had also previously served time in 2007 for embezzlement and a number of other charges.

Burnett has always been interested in becoming a model and even revealed that her dream is to become the first petite model for Victoria’s Secret! While she has yet to get the Victoria’s Secret call-up, Burnett frequently shares modeling photos on her Instagram page.
Favorite TV Show
Burnett is very open about the fact she’s obsessed with Game of Thrones. It was her favorite show on television and her Twitter page is full of tweets about the show and the final season. Not to mention, she revealed on The Bachelor that if she could have lunch with anyone it would be Jon Snow. We don’t blame her!
Coming Out
Burnett recently came out to the world as bisexual and even revealed this upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise will show her relationship with a woman. Burnett also opened up about her sexuality on Twitter, writing, “Spoiler alert: I’m a queer queen.” This is the first time any Bachelor franchise will have a same-sex couple on TV.
