This week’s episode of Empire was chock full of the drama we’ve come to expect, but nothing was more surprising than when Lucious ran into his old pal Bunkie. For fans who don’t remember, Lucious killed Bunkie back in Season 1 in a shocking murder.
But Bunkie was not just a friend — he was also Cookie’s (Taraji P. Henson) cousin and helped Lucious to raise their three boys while Cookie was serving time in prison.
In a jaw-dropping clip from this week’s episode 17, Lucious stumbles back home after getting injured and sees his old friend, which understandably confuses him. Watch the clip above!
