Leave it to Damon Cross to always stir up trouble. In a flashback video from Episode 16 of Season 5 of Empire, Damon stops by the Lyon’s home to return a painting that had supposedly gone missing.
Cookie (Taraji P. Henson), Lucious (Terrence Howard), and Jamal (Jussie Smollett) are all at home when Damon stops by, which is clearly uncomfortable considering Cookie’s relationship with Damon. In fact, Jamal — who knows nothing about what’s going on — even goes so far as to invite Damon to the wedding!
