Things got heated for Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson) during last week’s episode of Empire! In a clip from the Wednesday, May 1 episode, the Lyon matriarch gets interrogated by Agent Conway (Alicia Coppola; ex-Dr. Meredith Gates, The Young and the Restless) who is dead set on taking down their family.
“You took a trip to Panama with a real snag of a money launder named Damon Cross, and then miraculously Empire has enough money for Trust Tour. How’s that work?” Conway says to Cookie.
But, in true Cookie fashion, she doesn’t reveal a dang thing — or does she? She even pulls out one of her favorite disses that you just have to see. Watch the clip above to see Cookie in all her glory!
