More Details Emerge On Bachelor Star Vanessa Grimaldi’s New Boyfriend

We are learning more and more about Bachelor star Vanessa Grimaldi’s new man!

News broke earlier this week that the 31-year-old is dating a man named Josh Wolfe following her split from ex-fiancé Nick Viall more than a year ago.

Now, according to E! News, we know how the pair met!

“They started dating late last year and they met through friends. She’s very happy and he seems like a good guy,” a source shared.

This comes more than a year after the Canada native and former Bachelor Nick Viall ultimately called their engagement off in August 2017.

The split was the right thing for the couple at the time, but it definitely left Vanessa feeling anxious about finding love again.

“When I turned 30, Nick and I had just broken up,” she said on her Help! I Suck at Dating podcast with fellow Bachelor Nation alums Dean Unglert and Jared Haibon.

“I was like, ‘Oh my God, I want kids. I want a family, I want all that stuff.’ You start thinking and calculating and you’re like, ‘Okay, it’s going to take me X amount of time to find someone, and when I do find someone, it’ll take me a year to get to know them and I want to have kids.’”

She continued, “And it’s like, oh my God, by the time I want to have a family, I’ll probably be, like, 35, 36.”

Vanessa revealed started looking at dating much more seriously since she split from Nick.

“If I like you, that means I can see a potential future with you and I want to date you seriously,” she explained.

“So I’m not like, ‘Let’s start off as friends and see [where this can go].’ That’s the line guys use nowadays!… Don’t friend-zone me at first.”
