Bachelor Star Bekah Martinez Is Days Away From Giving Birth

Former Bachelor star Bekah Martinez is about to pop!

The first-time mom is just days away from her due date and opened up about welcoming her new baby on Instagram earlier this week.

She shared a photo of herself in a white crop top and showed off her very large baby bump.

“[M]ommy or mamí? 39 weeks + 5 days. I actually have super-human patience right now — I know my due date is Tuesday, but I am perfectly at peace with going a couple weeks more,” she wrote in her photo’s caption.

“I trust my baby and I trust my body. He or she will come when they’re fully ready for the journey earth-side.”

She also shared a cute photo of herself about a week ago, writing, “I’m exactly a week away from my due date, so listen to my latest Bachelor episode recap because it may be the last for a little while!!”

Bekah first went public with her pregnancy back in September and revealed she was shocked to find out she was expecting. Not only was she surprised, but so was her boyfriend Grayston Leonard.

“I was in disbelief and thought, ‘Is this really happening?’ I immediately called Grayston and then went across the street to the Dollar Tree and bought two more pregnancy tests. They, of course, were both positive,” she told PureWow.

“I was crying … and said, ‘You’re going to be a dad!’ We hugged, and it was the first time we really got to be overjoyed. We were finally able to celebrate and soak up all of that emotion.”

She continued, “It’s the one thing that I’ve known with certainty for so long. I’ve gone back and forth on the idea of marriage and relationships, but I’ve always felt sure that I want to be a mom.”
