Amanda Stanton is one of the most beautiful women to appear on The Bachelor, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have insecurities.

The former Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise star opened up about her confidence issues on Instagram earlier this week and revealed why she sometimes wishes she had a different body.

“One of the reasons I dislike social media is because its become hard to not compare yourself to others at times,” she wrote on her Instagram story while discussing body image.

“I find myself getting insecure about my body all the time & wish I had more curves or were taller etc. But we have to remind ourselves that we’re all unique and beautiful just the way God made us!” she wrote.

Not one to shy away from talking about her body, the mother of two also opened up about getting her breasts augmented back in May.

“To be honest, I don’t know a single mom who has breastfed in my world who didn’t *contemplate* the idea of getting a boob job or a lift of some sort. Before I was pregnant, I had full Bs. Once I had Kins & Char and breastfed them both for a year, they were basically… gone,” she wrote on her blog.

“You’ll see countless options out there. I got 250cc soft touch silicone implants. I originally always wanted saline because I know that it’s safer, but once I compared the two, silicone just felt so much better. This was not an hasty decision.”

Amanda is also recovering after being arrested back in September on domestic violence charges after she allegedly hit her boyfriend while in a hotel room in Las Vegas.

The 29-year-old opened up about the incident a few weeks ago and decided to donate $300 to a domestic violence charity.

“Happy Friday everyone! I see so many reminders from people that things aren’t always what they seem on Instagram. It’s true that it’s a ‘highlight reel’ of our lives and as much as I strive to keep it real and be open and honest with you guys on here, there are definitely aspects of my life that I choose not to share,” she wrote.

“Just because I am posting on social media doesn’t mean that life is perfect. I do believe that no matter what you’re going through that you have to pick your feet back up… but the absolute last thing I want is for it to come across like I am sweeping things under the rug.”

“I am and have always been SO thankful for the community that I have on Instagram and for all of your support and promise to keep it as real on here as I can. I love you all,” she wrote.

“With that being said, there are issues I take very seriously. I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t use [this] as an opportunity to do something positive with my platform. I donated $300 to Laura’s House in OC and attached a link if you would like to donate or get involved as well!” she wrote.
