Bachelor in Paradise’s Ashley Iaconetti & Jared Haibon Reveal The Year They’d Like To Have A Child

Bachelor in Paradise couple Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are tying the knot in less than a year, and they already know when they’re going to try to have children.

The happy couple opened up about starting a family over the weekend and told Entertainment Tonight all about their future plans.

“We’re thinking, like, six months after we get married. So that’d be, like, my 32nd birthday… that I would try,” Ashley revealed.

“Yeah, 2020,” Jared explained.

As many fans of Bachelor Nation know, Ashley and Jared will be getting married in August 2019.

Though they are still planning some of the details surrounding their wedding, they are currently preparing for the holidays with both sides of their family.

“It’s a compromise, of course, because you have to pick. We did Thanksgiving at my house, so we’re going to do Christmas at his house,” Ashley said.

“And now we’re talking about New Year’s. What are we going to do for New Year’s?”

Jared continued, “That’s a neutral one. You got Thanksgiving. I got Christmas. Now New Year’s is, like, OK, well, flip a coin.”

And, while many people aren’t big fans of New Year’s, Jared is definitely an exception.

“God, I love New Year’s. Staying in, ordering Chinese food… Watching New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. It’s just, like, this is my jam,” he shared.

Just a few months before Ashley and Jared started dating, the 30-year-old former Bachelor star was planning on freezing her eggs.

But, when she started dating Jared and knew he was the one, she didn’t end up going through with it.

“I was going to do it for my 30th birthday… I was planning on it. I turned 30 in March,” she said on her Almost Famous podcast.
