Are Bachelor in Paradise Couple Jade Roper & Tanner Tolbert Afraid To Introduce New Baby To Their Daughter?

Bachelor in Paradise couple Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert cannot wait to welcome their new child in August, but are they afraid to bring the baby home to their 17-month-old daughter Emerson?

Though introducing siblings can sometimes be difficult, neither Jade nor Tanner are afraid of Emmy’s reaction.

“I think she’s young enough where I think it would be an easy adjustment. She’s very sweet, loving, and cuddly, so I think she will,” Jade told Life & Style.

“I mean she’s great with our dogs so I think she would be very tender with a baby. But it’s hard to say.”

In fact, they both believe Emmy won’t think anything is different until Jade’s belly starts to grow.

“She’s 17 months so I don’t think she will quite understand until my belly’s real big! When the baby comes home with us I’m still not sure she will quite understand,” she shared.

The happy pair has been married for three years after officially meeting on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise.

They fell in love very quickly and decided to tie the knot just a few months after meeting each other.

They then welcomed Emerson in August 2017 in Kansas City, where Tanner is from originally.

“We did it! Our little sweetheart is here! She arrived on her own terms, quickly and 4 weeks early, but she is perfect in every way, healthy and doing well,” Jade wrote on Instagram following the birth.

“Precious little girl, there are no words to describe the feeling of holding you in our arms for this first time and looking into your beautiful eyes. We love you so much.”

After living in Kansas City for a few years, the family decided to pack up and move out to sunny California, which is where their new baby will eventually be born.
