Danielle Maltby & Cara Maria Sorbello Team Up Against Paul Calafiore

Bachelor star Danielle Maltby has had quite the dramatic couple of weeks, but she’s looking forward to moving past the drama.

For those who haven’t kept up with the craziness, Danielle recently opened up about her emotional breakup with ex-boyfriend Paul Calafiore in an Instagram post.

Paul and Danielle dated from around January 2018 to June 2018, which is when the former Bachelor in Paradise star found out he was cheating on her with his The Challenge co-star, Cara Maria Sorbello.

However, despite being in a new relationship with Cara, Paul was allegedly still talking to and spending time with Danielle, though he publicly denied that was the case.

In order to set the record straight on what really went down, both Danielle and Cara went on the Watch With Us podcast to reveal how Paul played them both.

“Every word that I see, every text message that I see, I still want to believe him. I’m still looking for a way to think that she’s lying but I know she’s not,” Cara explained.

“I’ve read everything, I’ve seen everything. I know. It’s so f—ked up. I don’t want any of it to be true because I know how I feel about him and I know how we were together. I want all of that to be real so bad.”

And referring to when Paul was still filming for The Challenge, Danielle said, “He had FaceTimed me one night while he was there, saying, ‘I love you. I miss you. I can’t wait to get home to you. I bought you an engagement ring.’”

“I want to vomit because it makes me so sick to think that someone can sit there and spout out these professions of love to me and then hang up the phone and go and f—k someone else. I don’t blame Cara in this.”

Paul then went on the podcast after Danielle and Cara to try and clear his name.

“I had the opportunity to come clean to Cara and I didn’t until after the articles were out there,” Paul said.

“Everything’s out there. I can’t take back what I did. Did I keep Danielle from Cara the whole time? Yeah, I did.”

He continued, “I was afraid to admit what was going on to Cara because I loved her and she was so free spirited, I thought that she would just leave me. Does that make it right? No.”

Yikes! We wouldn’t want to be caught in the middle of that love triangle. What do you think of all this?!
