Bachelor Colton Underwood has blossomed into a beautiful butterfly!
There’s no denying that the 27-year-old leading man is one good looking guy, but he wasn’t always a stud.
In fact, the former football star took to Instagram a few days ago to share a hilarious throwback picture of himself from high school.
Not only does Colton look awkward and uncomfortable in his high school photo, his suit is just way too big!
“It’s crazy what a tailor and some confidence can do for a person,” he captioned the side-by-side photo of himself from high school and of himself today.
A lot of Bachelor Nation stars commented on the hilarious photo and many were shocked at the transformation.
“I need to know the time frame here,” former Bachelorette star Clay Harbor commented.
“You looked like Gru from Despicable Me,” Wells Adams wrote.
“It all makes sense now,” former Bachelor star Nick Viall wrote.
“Hope you bring this suit back for After the Final Rose. You definitely went stag to this dance,” Tanner Tolbert added.
“This is the most incredible post. Thank you for being a vulnerable, respectable man. More of you!” Sarah Herron wrote.
Former Bachelor star Christen Whitney also added, “Hahaha confidence changes everything.”
Colton has been open about his awkward past before, even sharing on The LadyGang podcast about his rough times in high school.
“I had curly hair, braces, pimples, you talk about going through puberty and the worst things that go with it, I had it, for sure,” he said recently.
“And then I had a bottom retainer so my lisp was really bad. I still have a minor one when I get really excited.”
Despite his awkward years, Colton is having no problem getting women to love him on The Bachelor!
