Bachelor Colton Underwood Was ‘Touched Inappropriately’ At Event

Bachelor Colton Underwood just revealed he was groped while at a charity event earlier this week.

The reality star was taking photos with fans at his event for Legacy Foundation on Wednesday, February 13, which raises money for cystic fibrosis, when he was inappropriately touched.

The 27-year-old took to his Instagram Story to apologize to fans who didn’t get photos and to explain why he decided to leave the event.

“I’m sorry if you didn’t get a picture at the event last night, but at one point during the event I was grabbed and touched inappropriately while people were throwing cameras in my face,” he wrote.

“I am the type of person who would have stood in line for hours to make sure anyone who supported the event got a picture, but once that happened I had to do what was best for me as a human being.”

While he was excited to meet everyone, he was obviously not happy with being objectified.

“I didn’t sign up to be a piece of meat or a zoo animal. I hope we run into each other at another event or on the street and I can take the time to say hello,” he shared,

“Thank you again for coming to support Legacy and the fight against CF.”

The event was being held at Mavericks Beach Club in San Diego between 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday night.

Prior to the incident, Colton promoted the event on his Instagram page.

“I’m on my way to San Diego… looking forward to an amazing event at Mavericks tonight to celebrate the launch of 65 Roses Rosé & my new pack with @puravidabracelets to support @coltonslegacy – all proceeds from tonight support everyone living with CF,” he wrote.

“I’ll see you there. DOORS OPEN AT 6!”

It’s unclear who the person is that groped Colton, but he hopefully never has to go through something like this again.
