The 2019 Grammy Awards are just a few short days away, which means it’s time to look forward to a number of amazing performances.
The Recording Academy had already released some of the names, but now we know all of the artists who will be hitting the stage come Sunday, February 10.
First and foremost, the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be performing with rapper Post Malone, which should make for an interesting partnership.
Miley Cyrus is also going to be on-stage, probably performing her new song “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart.”
Kacey Musgraves, who is nominated for Best Album of the Year among others, will be showing off her golden pipes on Sunday, too.
Some other female artists performing include Brandi Carlile, H.E.R, Camila Cabello, Janelle Monae, and Cardi B.
Shawn Mendes, who is nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album and Song of the Year, will be performing at the Grammys for the first time.
Country stars Dan + Shay will also be singing, as they’re nominated for Best Country Song and Best Country/Duo.
Last, but certainly not least, Diana Ross will be awarded The Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, so there is definitely going to be a performance dedicated to her.
The show is also being hosted by none other than Alicia Keys, who is super excited to be surrounded by so many amazing artists.
“It’s a little bit of a second home to me. And I feel so blessed to be able to be coming now, just in support of so many amazing people that are honored — especially so many women that are [going to be] honored — and are going be celebrated that night,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
“I want to celebrate! I want to be the one that really just continues to reach out to the people that I love and admire and my friends, and just be able to create an amazing energy. So I’m loving it!”
