Will Chad Eventually Become a Bad Guy?

Since losing his beloved Abigail on Days of Our Lives, Chad has been struggling to move on and it’s been weighing on his soul.

It’s been a difficult road for  Chad (Billy Flynn). On the one hand, he wants to be the man Abigail fell in love with and envisioned him to be – good, honorable, and a strong role model for their son, Thomas. On the other hand, he’s drawn to his dastardly DiMera roots, which he’s constantly reminded of by his brother Andre. The question is–which side will Chad eventually gravitate towards?

Good Guy
Chad has emerged as the good guy DiMera and 67% of you believe he’ll stay that way. After falling for Abigail, he was a changed man. Granted, he’s spiraled some since losing her, but you believe he has the strength and conviction to continue to be a respectable Salem citizen. As a single dad, he owes that to his son.

Bad Guy
The push and pull between good and evil is what being a DiMera is all about and it continues to weigh on Chad. Some 25% of you think that Chad will eventually slip over to the dark side, at least for a while. You wouldn’t be surprised if he teams up with Andre (Thaao Penghlis) to avenge Stefano’s death, and, frankly, you wouldn’t blame him.

A Difficult Call
The final 8% of fans are perplexed regarding what the future holds for Chad. A portion of you could see him continuing to walk the straight and narrow. After all, he’s been a good guy for a while now. However, you wouldn’t be surprised if he embraced his dark side either, considering everything he’s been through.
