Many fans saw it coming and it looks like it’s going to be a bigger triangle than we ever thought on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) now that Will’s back in town.
He may not remember his past, but that doesn’t mean people haven’t been filling him in. So, according to the December 11 issue of Soap Opera Digest, Will goes to see Paul since he heard they had a fling.
Of course, when Will (Chandler Massey) gets there, Paul (Christopher Sean) is fresh out of the shower and sparks begin flying almost immediately. The two flirt and then Will decides to throw caution to the wind and kiss Paul.
Both are stunned by the act, but it does show that something is still there (although Guy Wilson played Will when he and Paul got together the first time).
Paul has to pull away and tell Will what just happened is wrong, especially when Sonny (Freddie Smith) also shows up making the situation mighty awkward. But, in the end, it’s Sonny and Paul who have a much more emotional time of it.
Sonny breaks things off with Paul, and although he saw it coming, it breaks his heart. He feels angry at Will for ruining his chance with his first love, but he also understands, and then there’s that little complication. Paul liked his kiss with Will.
Hmmm, it looks like Sonny might be the odd man out in this situation. As fans recall, when Sonny and Will broke up before he was presumed dead, they had discussed the fact that Sonny was Will’s first love and that perhaps he had needed to explore his homosexuality before marrying.
Could that be what’s happening here, even if he remembers nothing?
Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
