We’ve seen lots of familiar faces home for Christmas on Days of our Lives. Most are just here for the short term. But who should stick around just a little bit longer? What we heard from almost 4,000 viewers:
Days of our Lives: Almost There
An almost majority 44% of you voted for Will (Chandler Massey) to stick around. The least he can do for Gabi (Camila Banus) when she comes back is let Ari spend time with her mom. And, sure, Sonny (Freddie Smith) is in Arizona curing cancer but, as Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) demonstrated, there’s always video chat! They can just keep blowing kisses over Zoom.
Tony — Oldest Son
Tony (Thao Penghlis) is in town for the season, and 30% would like to see the oldest DiMera son stick around. He can give Chad (Billy Flynn) and Jake (Brandon Barash) a run for their money, and play peacemaker between the battling brothers, too. He should be the head of the family. No matter what Kate (Lauren Koslow) or Gabi – or a returning Vivian (Linda Dano) – might think.
Better Half
If Tony is there, then Anna (Leann Hunley) should be too, 18% of the audience insists. They are a great team. And she’s great on her own, too. (The woman can spin comedy gold out of conversations with an urn full of ashes, for Pete’s sake!) Maybe Anna putting down roots in Salem will bring Carrie (Christie Clark), Austin, and little Noah home, too!
My Man
Sonny on video chat isn’t enough for a last-place 8%. He and Will should be together. Can’t he cure cancer just as well from Salem as Arizona? Isn’t he mostly writing checks? Is that a geographically locked activity? Come home and be a family with Will and Ari… and maybe, finally, a baby of your own, too. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
